Rafi kept me updated with everything about my new car and made sure everything was perfect for me to collect my car and checked how I was getting on after I had drove my car home.

Mustafa is just incredible! He has a great tact for understanding what I wanted. He set up my App for me, he helped me understand what the deal was. He was clear and very thorough. I know I am being taken care of and that for me is the assurance

During the purchase process he took onboard all of my requirements, gave me all my options including new car, refinance of old and used cars. He answered all my emails quickly following my purchase and then explained the new car on collection

Mr Ash is very calm and explains things in a way for you to understand and asks what your preferences are before making any vehicles choices and then explains all the details very clearly.

Allan is an excellent sales exec, he made sure we were looked after the min we walked into the showroom to the min we drove the car out. I wasn't happy the windscreen needed to be changed due to a mark inside the glass. But Allan was honest and open.

I'd like to mention that I was very short with time before collecting the new vehicle as I had a school run but Brook made sure that all the information was given to me in a time manner.

Everything was done to help me with my decisions in purchasing the car. I was supported and advised throughout. Delivery could not have been better, I was nervous about an automatic car and was able to make my first journeys on familiar roads.

The service was overall ok, but highly disappointed at the fact the I found my car dirtier than when I brought it in, not only outside, but annoyingly inside too. I can see it was washed outside but very badly dried, leaving marks around. Careless

Have been dealing with the center for over 10 years now and very happy with the staff and friendly service and work quality. I would have given 5 star but settle for 2.5 because being charged 250 pounds for labour changig 6 sparkplug is quite a lot

My above answer refers. Diagnosis of problem was not especially clear, solution provided was expensive and when I tried to speak to manager he was not available ( made no attempt to call back) but took £300 off the bill. Strange approach to customer

The service advisors, Jessi Pitomina and Ty Daeleo, were warm, welcoming, and communicated progress well throughout. The technicians, Mubeen Jhetam, Miguel Santos, and Adam Brookes were knowledgable and reassuring, and carried out an excellent job.

This was shocking. My car was supposed to be in for a week and it took two weeks and the problem still isn't resolved. My car is going back in on 24/09 for repairs.

Complimentary Car Wash wasn't up to the expectation. It feels like since it was offered as complimentary service, the work done isn't that great.

The car was returned to me with a flat battery in the key fob. All 4 tyres had been very considerably over inflated, front and rear to the same pressure. No estimate provided by body shop which I had requested. Not washed despite my request.

If BMW is a high quality manufacturer, it must be able to provide parts in a matter of days for cars less than 10 years old. Berry clearly states this is BMW issue. look forward to hearing what you plan to do about this failure of service.

I sent an email to mail@berrybmw.co.uk on 1/9 complaining about the state of the car and enquiring about some of the work that was supposed to be done. Email was forwarded by Paula Geraghty to Service Manager. No answer as of today (9/9)

They do not listen to the customer E.g. even an answer of: we do not believe you are covers for this repair but we will discuss with management to see what can be done, would be more satisfactory

Service got done. Was delayed by a day. When paying for the bill, the price wasn't right and there didn't seem to be a consistency in price (though a discount was finally applied which was much appreciated). Increased price transparency would be good

I'm not confident with computers or apps. Despite this I was made to feel at ease and given information on BMW app. I appreciated this as not all pensioners are IT literate. My only complaint is that the car was not washed properly.
