I thought the experience was first class, Modestas Sinkevicius was the sales team member we dealt with and nothing was too much trouble throughout the process.

I felt the moment I decided not to go ahead with a repair due to the value and age of my car, I was dropped - courtesy was gone, language was poor, it even contained unnecessary threatening tone. It is extremely disappointing from Berry.

I had an email from BMW giving me 40% off parts. When I booked the service, I asked the price. When I collected it, a much higher price was quoted. I explained about the quote and they gave me the low price, but it seemed odd it wasn't recorded.

It took them 5 days to get this sorted, I had to constantly chase them for updates, very difficult to find the centre, no one told me where this was and that is was separate to showroom

The replacement car battery cost £3.79 in the service. I had not brought the other key, so did so when collecting the car. The replacement battery cost £10.55 in the spares department. Tyrone had told me it would be the same price as the first one.

Although the main issue I had seems to have been fixed there were a couple of issues that they wouldn't address even though they were there when I purchased the vehicle. I was told to go take it up with sales.

I was called early morning to say I needed a new battery which I approved. Five minutes later I received a video saying that I needed a new differential (price given) and a new tyre (no price given). No mention of the battery.

Berry did their job. They changed the tyre and got the car back to me, so i gurss they did what they were meant to do, but i can't separate my highly negative feelings about the poor interaction betwene Berry and BMW Assist and Enterprise and me.

Dean the Service Consultant was very efficient but he is battling against the overall incompetence of the Berry Group which has become too big for itself, connecting with anyone on the telephone is impossible, no one on option 3 Accounts ever answers

Dashboard says service is overdue. Looks like someone forgot to reset this. Car had 2 recalls and appointment was made more than 1 month ago. So plenty of time to allocate stock for 2 recalls. only informed part is back ordered after I dropped car.
