The radio issue did not get resolved at the service - I called back 4 times and left messages - I appreciate it was the holiday season and staffing was low, but I was promised someone would call. If it's not possible, dont promise.

I had to bring the car in 2x as the first time they discovered the repair would take longer, I needed the car, and a replacement car was not availble despite the warranty insurance cover

There was no video, there was no phone call to confirm the service was completed and the car was ready for pick up And most importantly the windscreen was cracked when I picked it up

4) Following the inspection by the tech via video I was told of issues that Linda had not mentioned to me on the phone call. I called Linda and said that the technician recommends a flush of the coolant system, she didn't mention this.

Service not completed due to no air filter in stock. Service while you wait swapped to a drop and collect. No transport offered to train or loan vehicles

Satisfied . The car took 3 days to be repaired which is fine but I wish they could have fixed the problem on same day .
